From $75 per hour, this event management service helps you design, plan, and execute corporate, private, and community events without carrying the entire logistics load by yourself.

Packages and starting prices
- Day-of coordination for small events: from $800 with limited pre-event planning time.
- Partial planning and coordination: custom package starting around $1,200 for events that already have some vendors and decisions in place.
- Full planning and production oversight: from $1,500 or 15% of the total event budget, depending on scope and complexity.
Prices listed are starting points for a single event. Multi-day or multi-location events are quoted as custom projects.

Service area
Our core service area includes San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and the greater South Bay. Destination and regional events across Northern California are available by custom quote, and virtual or hybrid events can be supported remotely.
How booking works
- Select the closest event management package to your needs and add it to your cart, or request a custom quote.
- At checkout, share your tentative date, venue, event type, guest estimate, and top priorities in the order notes.
- Within one business day we reach out to schedule a short planning call, refine the scope, and confirm your proposal, retainer, and timeline.
- Once your date and scope are confirmed, we take the lead on coordination, keep you updated, and manage the run of show on event day.
Notes and policies
- A signed services agreement and retainer are required to hold your event date.
- Venue rentals, permits, insurance, and third-party vendor invoices are billed at cost or directly by the vendor.
- Travel outside the core area, overtime, and major scope changes may adjust the final invoice.
- Reschedule and cancellation policies are outlined in your event services agreement and vary by event size.
