Packages and starting prices

• One-way trip within the core area: from $30 each way.
• Same-day round trip with short wait: typically $60 to $80 depending on timing and distance.
• Airport or longer-distance transport: custom quote based on mileage and wait time.

Prices listed are starting rates for a typical single household trip. Multi-stop or multi-pet transport can be quoted as a package.

What is included

• Pickup and drop-off within the confirmed time window in our core service area.

Add-ons

• Extra stop during the same trip (for example, second pickup or drop): +$15.
• Wait time beyond 10 minutes at pickup or drop-off: +$1 per minute.
• Large or giant crate sizing, tolls, and parking fees: billed at cost or by quote.

Service area

Our core service area includes San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and the surrounding South Bay cities. Travel outside this core area, as well as long-distance or airport trips, is available by quote.

How booking works

1. Select the transport option that best matches your trip and add it to your cart.
2. At checkout, share pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment times, crate needs, and any special handling notes in the order comments.
3. Within one business day, we confirm your pickup window, final pricing, and any add-ons such as crate use, extra stops, or extended wait time.
4. On trip day, your driver arrives in the agreed window, completes the transport, and sends a quick confirmation once your pet is safely delivered.

Notes and policies

• Minimum booking is one trip within the core service area.
• Holiday transport and same-day requests, when available, may include a surcharge.
• Pets must travel in an appropriate crate or harness; use of our crate is subject to availability and fit.
• Travel outside the core service area, tolls, parking, and any third-party fees (for example, airline or clinic charges) are billed at cost or by quote.
