Prices listed are starting rates for a single project or listing. Multi-property or recurring shoots can be quoted as packages or retainers.

Service area

On-site photography and video services are focused on San Jose, Santa Clara, Mountain View, and surrounding Bay Area cities. Travel outside the region is available by quote. Editing-only projects can be completed remotely using your existing footage.

How booking works

1. Choose the closest package for your project and add it to your cart, or request a custom media quote.
2. At checkout, share addresses, preferred dates, property or product details, and where the content will be used (MLS, website, social media, etc.).
3. Within one business day we confirm availability, refine the shot list, and send a simple agreement with your project date.
4. After the shoot, we complete edits within the agreed time frame and deliver your files via a secure download link.

Notes and policies

• Minimum on-site booking usually starts at a one to two-hour block, depending on project type.
• Weather, access, and property readiness can affect scheduling; reschedules due to weather are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Usage rights and licensing are clarified in your project agreement based on how and where media will be used.
• Travel, parking, and permit fees for specific locations are billed at cost or by quote.
